Jannet A Wright PhD MA FRCSLT
Jannet
Wright was a Professor in Speech and Language Therapy at De Montfort University, Leicester. Previously she was a senior lecturer
and the Admissions Tutor in the Department of Human Communication Science at University College London where she taught
undergraduate and post graduate students on the department's speech and language therapy courses. As a speech and language
therapist she worked with children with severe speech and language problems. She was the organiser of the short courses programme
of continuing professional development within the department and continues to run workshops related to early learning. She
is a member of the Higher Education Academy and was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.
She has published many books and articles on speech and language therapy.

Myra Kersner MSc MRCSLT Dip Dr Th ALAM
Myra Kersner was a senior lecturer at University College London where she taught undergraduate and post graduate
speech and language therapy students. For many years she was the Course Tutor for the MSc in Speech and Language Sciences
and has also organised a short courses programme of continuing professional development. She continues to run workshops
and courses related to communication skills. As a speech and language therapist she worked in Yorkshire, London and Toronto,
Canada. She is also a writer and has worked as a dramatherapist and dramatherapy supervisor. She is a member of the Higher
Education Academy and was awarded the Honours of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. She has published many
books and articles on speech and language therapy.
